My Longevity Stack: GLP-1, HRT, Peptides, and What Actually Works
I’ve tried a lot of wellness protocols. Some worked. Most didn’t. A few changed my life completely.
After years of experimentation — and founding Easy Trim, my wellness coaching company — here’s what actually moves the needle for energy, longevity, and sustainable health.
The Game Changers: GLP-1 and HRT
Let me start with the two interventions that have made the biggest difference:
GLP-1 Therapy
GLP-1 receptor agonists (like tirzepatide and semaglutide) have transformed how I think about weight management and metabolic health. This isn’t a diet pill or a quick fix — it’s a science-backed approach that actually works with your body’s biology.
At Easy Trim, we help clients navigate GLP-1 therapies as part of a comprehensive protocol. The results I’ve seen — in myself and in clients — are unlike anything else I’ve tried.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
HRT has been equally transformative. As women, we’re often told to just “push through” hormonal changes. That’s terrible advice.
Optimizing my hormones improved my energy, my sleep, my mood, and my ability to build muscle. I genuinely wouldn’t be without it.
If you’re experiencing symptoms and haven’t explored HRT, find a provider who actually understands hormone optimization — not one who dismisses your concerns.
The Foundation: Daily Supplements
Before peptides and advanced protocols, the basics matter:
Magnesium Glycinate (400mg before bed): Most people are deficient. It helps with sleep, stress, and recovery.
Omega-3s (high EPA/DHA): Anti-inflammatory and essential for brain health.
Vitamin D3 + K2: Critical if you’re not getting consistent sun. I test my levels twice a year.
Creatine (5g daily): Not just for bodybuilders. Research shows cognitive benefits, especially for women.
Peptides in My Current Rotation
BPC-157: For gut health and faster recovery from workouts.
Thymosin Alpha-1: Immune support. I’ve been healthier since adding this.
What I’ve Stopped Taking
Just as important as what I take:
Most multivitamins (poorly absorbed)
Stimulant pre-workouts (cortisol impact)
Anything with “proprietary blends”
The Bottom Line
Wellness optimization isn’t about taking the most supplements. It’s about finding the interventions that actually work for your body and being consistent.
GLP-1 and HRT were game changers for me. They might be for you too — but work with qualified providers and approach it thoughtfully.
